As you can see, we now have no carport, and now the spot is more than a big hole. Now it is a muddy mess on all sides of the cement. It is now ready for the walls to come up. Today is Monday the 3rd, and the delivery of all of the building supplies comes a week from today, and hopefully the next day, the builders will be here to frame it. Kim picked out the siding, garage door, doors, and windows today. I am really hoping that if it snows this Wednesday, like it is supposed to do, that it is gone by the time they come to build. I really don't want mud up to the ying yang.
Over by my car, is the double doors to Kim's taxidermy shop, and back there somewhere is my food storage room! Yea! That, and getting to keep my car FINALLY clean and INDOORS, is 'MY' exciting part of the project. I think that I may also just have a fun game of opening and shutting the garage door with a button, and be just like a little kid, and play with it. Hey......I am 53 years old, and for the first time, live in a home with a garage door opener. So I will just push it all I want! Blah!
Oh wow, Mom. I wasn't aware that you were going to have a food storage room and dad would have a taxidermy area! That's awesome. I'm really excited for ya. Woohoo!
