Terry Lynn and Kims 34th Wedding Anniversary

A fun time was had celebrating our 34th Wedding Anniversary, and we stayed at the Salt Lake Anniversary Inn, in the South Pacific room, which was very beautiful. That evening we dined out at Spencers, a steak house in the middle of SLC. The next day we went through a session at the SL Temple, finishing off the evening with a Utah Jazz game, where they beat the Denver Nuggets. We stayed that evening at a local hotel, and spent our anniversary day, the 7th, looking at different makes of vehicles, and test drove many!!!! It was a fun time!!!! Kim

Kim was able to wrap up 2 full days into only a few lines. (How did he do that?) He is a man of a thousand words, but hey....it was his first time writing on the blog. I will give him a break! I love him to death. I am so happy to have had the last 34 years to spend living life together: the good, bad, difficult, hard, fun, not-so-fun, wonderful life learning experiences together. Here are a few pictures of our weekend. TL

This is a sad picture of when we got home. Sunni, our cockatiel, had laid an egg, and we do not have a male bird. Birds only lay eggs with no male birds, when they are lonely and sad and need companionship. WE ONLY LEFT HER FOR 2 DAYS AND 2 NIGHTS! I felt terrible when I saw her egg laying in the bottom of her cage. I should have taken Emily up on watching her while we were gone. She must have been beside herself in the quiet of the house, alone. :(

  2. Mom, I am not a huge fan of Sunny but that makes me sad to think she has feelings like that to be lonely enough to lay an egg, it humanizes her a little. Glad you and Dad had fun in the South Pacific. Congrats on 34 yrs.
