Midnight Showing



Well, this was a first for all of us. To go to the midnight showing of a hit movie the second it comes out. And the Half Blood Prince was our debut. It was so weird to see hundreds of people at an event at midnight, as if it was in the afternoon. Emily and I didn't get home until 3:00 am, and Shane got home at 3:30 am. That is sick and wrong!


There was many people in costume. Here were a few in our theater.


All in all, the 'darkest' Harry Potter, (for me) was superbly done , and yes...Dumbledore really did die!!! (I didn't think it was as sad in the movie as the book).

    That was fun...regardless of the lack of sleep. Next time I really will find a white wig and be dumbledore.

    Finally getting back in the swing of things. We went and watched this with Rod's kids. We all liked the book better, but this would've been fun to go with you! Shayli really wanted to do the midnight showing, but bad timing!
